What is IV Therapy?

Intravenous (IV)ย therapy is the fastest way for a body to absorb and start benefiting from administered medical fluids. Our IV Drip Packages are specifically designed with the most essential vitamin supplements and nutrients that are not only safe, but actually boost your immune system, speed hangover recovery and support overall wellbeing.

How does NeuDrip IV therapy work?

IV therapy treatment is quick and easy. At NeuDrip, we make it even easier with our on-demand concierge services. Head over to our How it Works page for more info or Book an Appointment today!

Are there any side effects?

Typically, no significant negative side effects are experienced during or after an IV treatment. Mild bruising and bleeding may occur at the site of injection. A cooling sensation is common while fluids are being administered.ย

However, you can expect to feel more energized, reinvigorated and healthier immediately after treatment!

How often can I get an IV treatment?

You should tailor your IV treatments to your bodyโ€™s needs. For an average healthy person, thereย is no problem with getting several treatments per week.

If you are unsure, a consultation directly with the nurse will be made available prior to receiving any services. Our nurses with listen to your heart, lungs, check your blood oxygen levels and blood pressure to make sure that this treatment is safe and effective for you.

Do IV infusions really work for hangovers? If so, how quickly?

Results will depend on the severity of your symptoms. Nausea generally improves within the first hour after treatment, followed by other common symptoms like headache, fatigue and body aches.

What kind of packages do you offer?

There are discounts for groups and packages. Please contact us for more information.

What information do I need to provide at time of booking? Is my info protected?

At the time of booking, you will be asked to complete a basic health questionnaire. This is designed to assess your ability to receive IV fluid therapy and ensure your safety throughout the treatment process.ย

All information will be strictly confidential and kept on HIPAA compliant, private servers.

How long does it take for a provider to come to me once booked?

For appointments scheduled in advance, expect your provider to arrive at the designated time. On-demand services will depend on nurse availability, location and number of appointments set, but we will do our best to reach you within two hours. You will be notified of availability and scheduling window at time of booking on-demand services. (On-demand services may require additional charge)

What does HSA and FSA mean?

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) work like personal savings accounts. However, the funds in the account can only go toward qualifying medical expenses. Please check with your provider to learn about services they cover.

How can I use my HSA and FSA accounts?

We accept both HSA and FSA debit cards when paying for your service. Each HSA or FSA provider has their own rules and regulations, and some providers may not cover the cost of the IV treatment if they consider it a “cosmetic” treatment. Upon completion of your service we can provide you with a Superbill which you can then submit to your specific HSA or FSA provider, should you need to be reimbursed directly from your provider. The Superbill is a specialized receipt with the medical diagnosis and procedure codes used during our visit with you. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you plan on using your HSA or FSA debit card so we can prepare a Superbill for you. Please read “What is the Superbill used for?” to learn more.

What is the Superbill used for?

Services are charged to you directly. You may request a Superbill from NeuDrip for your services should you need to submit a detailed receipt to your HSA or HSA provider for reimbursement purposes. All monies are paid upfront to NeuDrip by the client and it is up to your HSA or FSA provider to cover the services or not. Some HSA and FSA providers will allow you to use your card for other family members, please check with your provider prior to your appointment. Superbills can also be used to submit to your insurance carrier for further review and on your providers reimbursement form. See “Links for Insurance Reimbursement Forms”.

Can my insurance cover IV treatments?

Yes and no. ย Unfortunately, most insurances do not recognize diagnostic and treatments codes for in home IV services. ย However, those rules are changing everyday. ย We offer medical consultations with documentation and Superbills that you can submit to your insurance company to attempt reimbursement. ย Please see “Links for Insurance Reimbursement Forms”.

Hydreight App Questions

How to download the Hydreight App

You can download the free Hydreight App on your phone or tablet. Apple users can download here and Google Play users please download here.

It's telling me I already have a Hydreight account, now what?

There are a couple reasons it may be telling you that you already have an account. You may have signed up for the Hydreight App in the past, in another state, started to make an appointment and got disconnected, had an actual service, or a Specialist has booked an appoint for you. Please see “how to recover your password”.

How do I recover my password?

You can recover your password by requesting a new password. Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t seen your new password request. If you still cannot get your password, please call or text NeuDrip so a NeuDrip Representative can request one for you.

When a NeuDrip Specialist or Receptionist books an appointment for you for the first time it automatically generates a password for you. NeuDrip Specialists nor Receptionists have access to your password at anytime. To get your password you will request a new password from the Hydreight App. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well. The email will be from Hydreight.

I have downloaded the app, how do I find a NeuDrip Specialist and book?

Once you have downloaded the Hydreight App you will “Book a Service”. You will then enter the address of where you would like your service at. You will find the NeuDrip company in your area. Once you choose NeuDrip you will choose which type of service you would like. Next you will pick your preferred day and time. You can chose to have the booking “Now” if there is a nurse available, or click the calendar button to chose another time/day. Click the Specialist to request the appointment. You will need to make sure your client history is filled out, typically this is for the first appointment only- after that the app will just ask if there have been any changes to your health history. Add your credit card, this holds the booking for you but will not charge you. Once the Specialist has completed your service you can choose to use the card on file or you can pay cash.

Now that you are in the system, you can easily login a request a Specialist without having to fill out paperwork and payment methods each time.
